Corporate Volunteering
Engage your organisation in a socially responsible activity and deliver your team building objectives through corporate volunteering. Work with NPWS Rangers to enable the natural bushland of Australia’s oldest national park to flourish, and contribute to your organisation’s environmental sustainability.
Royal National Park is 16,000 hectares (including Heathcote National Park and Garrawarra State Conservation Area) of wildness on Sydney’s southern edge. With over 4,000,000 annual visitors and numerous introduced plant and animal species, maintaining Royal is a continuous cycle.
Your organisation can help. Through our Corporate Volunteering Sydney program you can help the Rangers of Royal National Park:
- remove invasive plant species
- replant native trees
- restore vegetation damaged by introduced animal species
- repair fences to prevent erosion of fragile areas
- remove rubbish from remote areas
All tools and expertise will be provided. You will need to bring the man power and a fun attitude to make your corporate volunteering day a success.
As with all our team building activities, you have a choice of catering styles, lunch venues and transport options.
Support the Environment
Sydney Coast Walks donates 5% of all proceeds from corporate volunteering Sydney events to the Foundation for National Parks and Wildlife. Your support enables the Foundation to save threatened animal species and purchase private land to add to Australia’s national parks and nature reserves, as well as directing resources for essential upkeep and maintenance.
